Bilingual RN Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Insight Global is look for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) RN Manager in the Robstown, Texas area. This person will be overseeing a clinic that has a team of 14, and supports a pediatrics facility. They are the liaison between departments in the shelter. They must make sure proper communication channels with the shelter are happenings. They will work with Case Management Team to insure all children are cleared to Travel. They are Responsible to manage staff of the clinic, schedules, supplies. They will also be expected to step in when needed for triage and sick calls, or immunizations etc. They will also be a medical on call rotation with the clinical staff and are responsible to provide guidance and support to foster parents who call in.

* Active RN License

* 5 Full Years experience as an RN (Ideally in a Pediatrics Background)

* Bachelors or Associates

* 2 Years of Management Experience (Ideally in as an RN)

* Bilingual (English and Spanish)

* Passionate about working in a pediatric clinic
