About who needs care: very poor short term memory that affects the daily activities and care. My grandmother loves people, her faith and family, conversation, walks outside, flowers and gardening. Her ideal day is just needing structure and making sure her needs are met consistently and not missed. About the care needs: No specialized skills beyond people skills and general house hold/daily tasks help. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
