Job Requirements
The job involves maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to support operational goals during the 2nd shift
Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and troubleshooting issues with PLCs, robotics, and other systems.
Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess skills in PLC and robotic programming, diagnosing issues via HMI or PLC, and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems
Problem-solving abilities and the capability to read electrical and hydraulic prints are crucial
The role may require last-minute and overtime work, and candidates must have their own tools
Required qualifications include a high school diploma/GED and advanced technical training or equivalent experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs
Preferred qualifications include a USDOL Journeyman certificate, 5 years of previous manufacturing experience (preferably automotive), and familiarity with vision inspection systems, Fanuc and/or ABB Robotics, and Siemens Controls Step 5/Step 7
