About the role

We are looking to add a Human Resources Generalist to our growing HR department. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our bitcoin mining operations and providing HR services to employees and management. This is an onsite role based out of our Corsicana office.

Essential Functions
  • Manage end-to-end high volume recruitment.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring a smooth and transparent recruitment process.
  • Assist with benefits administration and coordinate new hire orientation.
  • Assist with offboarding and termination procedures.
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database.
  • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Support additional HR department goals and programs as assigned.
Key skills, education, and experience: 
  • 2-3 years of HR experience in various HR functions.
  • 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
  • aPHR, PHR, or SPHR or other HR related certification is a plus.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Knowledge of employment law practices including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ERISA, HIPPA, etc.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have high integrity and maintain trust across the organization at all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to and familiarity with HR best practices and demonstrates the ability to apply that knowledge in the workplace.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
