Salary: $80,000

My client is on the lookout for a dedicated Restaurant Manager for their hotel in Black Hawk, Colorado. This presents an incredible opportunity to lead a talented team and deliver great dining experiences!
Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
- P&L responsibility and management of restaurant inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
- Assist with menu development and changes
- Hire, train and lead staff, fostering a positive and supportive work culture
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a comparable role
- Fine dining experience is preferred
- Experience with POS systems
- Detail-orientated individual, committed to maintaining high standards of service
- A guest first mentality and collaborative approach with the team is paramount
- Strong team leader with superb communication, time management and organisational skills
