Client Service Specialist - Part-time

Our mission is to support the emotional healing process of those sexually assaulted in Hawai‘i, to increase community awareness about their needs and to reduce the incidence of all forms of sexual assault.

Through research and education we also aim to improve clinical practices. By promoting and engaging in public policy we are changing public perceptions of sexual violence, overcoming barriers to treatment and prevention, and ensuring effective justice practices.

If you are detailed-oriented and organized, you may be the ideal candidate for our Client Service Specialist position. You would perform administrative, billing and collection activities in support of the center's core mission. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent customer service and communication skills, pays strong attention to detail, enjoys working with others in a team-oriented atmosphere and is committed to helping our organization deliver the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

Duties:

Oversee the front desk, answering phones and providing patient support by answering questions and triaging calls.

Process insurance information to verify coverage, and manage patient billing

Administrative duties as needed to support the function of our office.

Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8a - 4:30p

Located in downtown Honolulu
