Premier Construction Services (PCS) is a full-service General Contractor that specializes in design-build and general construction, providing a wide range of construction services to commercial customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify any issues or potential risks
- Provide guidance and support to construction teams, including resolving conflicts or issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and material deliveries

 

Skills:
10 years Project Superintendent or Construction Manager experience required.

 

5 years experience in commercial/healthcare contracting preferred.

 

Working knowledge of construction management methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets.

 

Ability to make a daily log of all project site activities and regularly sharing project progress with project management.

 

Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

 

Effective communication and leadership abilities. 

 

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

 

Ability to work extended work schedules as required supporting the project execution plans and schedules. Including the ability to work weekend and/or after hours, if necessary.

 

Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and confident can-do attitude

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

  • 21+ years or older

  • Construction skills: painting
  • Management skills: supervising employees
  • Math skills: calculating percentages
