About this job

This position is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our staff and contractors, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure spread across several buildings in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. You'll troubleshoot a wide range of computer, network, audio/video issues, maintain and update our systems, implement new technologies, and most importantly educate staff on best practices, security awareness, and productivity basics (ie: basics of how to use the Office software suite).

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional with a passion for clear communication and user experience with articulate documentation skills. You possess a strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Migrate and transition users, devices, groups, et al from hybrid AD to Entra ID.
  • Support end-users with world-class customer support.
  • Develop knowledgebase articles.
  • Use and encourage others to use ticketing to document and communicate all IT related incidents.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships with building managers, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Must follow all policies as outlined in Employee Handbook.
  • Create and maintain inventory documentation.
  • Adhere to related ISO, ITIL, ITSM, NCSA, and NIST standards.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficient in Active Directory & Entra ID.
  • Proficient in Exchange Online.
  • Proficient in Office 365.
  • Consent to background check and drug screening.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Reliable transportation

Physical:

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work indoors and in tight spaces.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Skills:

  • Proficient with OneDrive and SharePoint troubleshooting.
  • Proficient with clear and complete documentation.
  • Proficient with Ticketing Systems.
  • Ability to educate technical and security related ideas to others in simple, concise terms.
  • Ability to educate basic productivity skills (ie: Office 365 Basics) to others in simple, concise terms.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
  • Networking Basics and Fundamentals.
  • Bonus: Windows Server, VMware, iLO, Cisco, Fortigate, Ubiquiti, Telephony/VOIP/PBX, Audio/Video, VPN, VLANs, Printers
