Community Resource Coordinator - Full-time

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Job Summary: The Community Resources Coordinator (CRC), under the ultimate direction of the

Facility Director through supervision by the Employment Placement Specialist (EPS), is responsible

for assisting the EPS with resident employment related assignments, services, contacts, resources and

documentation. The CRC must work a 40 hour week. Extensive travel required. The CRC must work a

40 hour week and perform 24 hour on call crisis services as Staff Duty Officer (SDO) as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge:

• Community resources and services

• Population served

• Record maintenance practices and procedures

Skills In:

• Communicating effectively orally and in writing

• Planning and organizing program activities

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field and experience with population served

• High School Diplomas and experience in field may be considered in lieu of college degree

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION

• Valid Driver’s License

• Proof of Auto Liability Insurance if required

• Proof of education and credentials will be required for employment

• Must pass NCIC and SLED checks
