Vice President, Finance - Full-time

• Manage and lead accounting staff
• Manage all finance and accounting operations for all divisions
• Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements (for senior leadership and parent company)
• Monthly financial statement analysis and commentary
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Acquisition integration
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Participate in strategic initiatives with senior leadership
• Additional controller duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Insurance industry experience
