The Director Supply Chain Quality Business Lead serves as the connection with the Supply Chain Quality partners at WCH & Biosurgery site Quality leads and Source Quality leads to ensure deployment of continuous improvement activities. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the single point of contact for Quality Centers of Excellence in all of the End to End platform/franchise forums developing and driving End to End Supply Chain Quality strategies.Collaborate with other Quality and Supply Chain partners in identifying and deploying platform end to end strategies associated with Service, Quality, Compliance and People enabling platform Strategic Plans and Long-Range Financial PlanningEnsure that all processes needed to operate both the Legal entities including implementation of EU MDR are established, implemented, and maintained.Support the resolutions of platform issues associated with QMS, Compliance, Remediation & Audit Strategies.Maintain and lead overall budget for Ethicon WCHB SCQ budget including routine reporting for all WCHB manufacturing sites, Source Quality and home office/admin budgets, LRFP, JU, NU and BP preparation and presentations.Provide overall governance and organization for Ethicon WCHB SC Quality organization including G&O preparation and review, staff meetings, budget and project reviews.Provide oversight and direct project management as directed by the Ethicon WCH SC Quality Leader. Strong connection to WCHB Strategy & PMO group/leaders, SC Quality Network Optimization teams.Delegate of the Sr. Supply Chain Quality Director.
