Order Entry Representative

Job Description:

• Handle phone inquiries from customers regarding orders, product information, troubleshooting, and warranty issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve questions about product specifics, pricing, or orders by researching, locating, and providing information.
• Facilitate design and custom requests, as well as generating quotes and providing dealer information to customers.
• Enter orders through ERP system and organize returns.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or related industry experience where duties included troubleshooting and answering questions on parts/products or a technical product
• Strong Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Copy/Past, Basic Formulas, Outlook, & Teams)
• Go-getter personality along with positive attitude with willingness to learn

Hours of Operation: M-F 8am-5pm, 1 hour lunch break
