Experience:

• 24 months of Nuclear Medicine experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 80 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

Guaranteed hours: 40

Shifts are generally from 6:30am till 5:30 varying. There is always more than one technologist during weekday hours. You will be assigned to a room or hot lab as an individual. Some is available for questions. When on-call you are by yourself. Call is required every 3rd or 4th weekend and rotating weekdays between staff.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist will rotate between both hospitals at SMCF and Broadway Nuclear Medicine Departments. We do procedures which include Out-patients, In-patients, Clinical Decision Unit, and ER. Duties include going to floors to inject patients.

EPIC-Radiant Charting

Required skills and minimum years of experience: Proficient in hospital setting In-patient and Outpatient setting, proficient with equipment listed above, fast paced environment and able to work alone (excellent protocols to following)

Must be NMTCB or ARRT certified.

Dress Code: Sanford policy, gray scrubs

Floating to over units/departments: Nuclear Medicine Technologist will rotate between both hospitals at SMCF and Broadway Nuclear Medicine Departments. We do procedures which include Out-patients, In-patients, Clinical Decision Unit, and ER. Duties include going to floors to inject patients. Rotate an 8 hour shift on each campus. If they have to float mid shift, will stay on the clock versus mileage.
