Engineering Leader - Packaging

Job Posting Summary:
Seeking an MS&T Engineering Leader of Packaging to serve as the primary technical lead in Fort Washington for the lifecycle management of packaging lines, focusing on design, installation, and validation of packaging equipment and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8 years of industry experience, with at least 7 years focused on Packaging Equipment, Validation, or Operation.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in packaging equipment qualification and validation.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory experience managing packaging engineers.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience at Merck or Pfizer, working directly with management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for the lifecycle management of the Packaging lines at Fort Washington.
• Provide departmental technical expertise and leadership in package development, packaging equipment installation, qualification, validation, and monitoring.
• Lead and execute equipment packaging qualification and validation projects.
• Develop Validation Project Plans, Validation Master Plans, and Validation Batch Records.
• This position requires onsite work initially.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
