9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Six-month contract.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate projects, support project managers, and maintain project plans.
Schedule meetings, track progress, and resolve conflicts.
Generate reports, update data, and maintain documentation.
Communicate progress to stakeholders and assist in event coordination.
Establish project standards and procedures, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance.
EDUCATION:
Associates degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency in MS Office, with database experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and capable of independent and team work.
Physical demands include high computer use, with limited travel possible.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
General office setting.
LEVELING GUIDE:
Possesses specialized skills through training and experience.
Completes tasks within standard procedures with limited supervision.
