Minimum 1 Year of Hospital Pharmacist Experience - Peridot - AZ License - Night Shift

Location:Tribal clinic/hospital in Arizona

Requirements:

• Pharmacist license (AZ pharmacist license not required due to tribal facility)
• Clinical experience
• Willingness to obtain BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
• 1+ year of hospital experience or residency preferred
• Familiarity with RPMS or similar systems (e.g., Vista)

Description:

We are looking for a mitted pharmacist to bee part of our team at a tribal clinic/hospital located in Arizona. This role presents a distinctive chance to serve as an Emergency Department (ED) pharmacist in a decentralized capacity during night shifts. We are seeking an ideal candidate who possesses a positive outlook, solid clinical expertise, and is at ease with working within a remote tribal clinic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacy services in the Emergency Department during night shifts
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Ensure pliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Participate in medication reconciliation and patient education
• Assist with medication management and dispensing as needed

IT System:

Our facility utilizes RPMS, a proprietary system similar to the VA's 'Vista' system. Familiarity with RPMS or similar systems is preferred but not required.
