Job Details



We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Controller to join our dynamic Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and be proficient in a range of financial management tasks, including general ledger, financial statement preparation, budgeting, internal controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, developing contracts, fiscal planning, and analysis. As a Permanent Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial stability and growth of our organization, and you will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals who are dedicated to achieving excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection of invoices
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on financial performance and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
  • Provide fiscal planning and analysis to support business decisions and long-term growth strategies
  • Manage and mentor finance team members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a track record of success in managing financial operations and driving business

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make sound decisions based on analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
