Job Title: Model Home Attendant

Location: West Lake, FL

Position Overview:

As a Model Home Attendant for our esteemed Luxury Home Builder client in West Lake, FL, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for customers while supporting the sales staff. Your dedication to exceptional service and attention to detail will ensure that every visitor feels valued and attended to.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Reception: Warmly greet and assist customers, purchasers, and current homeowners/residents, providing exemplary service at all times.

Model Center Management: Open and close the model center daily, ensuring all lights, electronics, and amenities are in perfect working order. Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of both the interior and exterior areas, including model rows, landscapes, and common areas.

Collateral Management: Organize and manage brochure packages and marketing materials, ensuring all information is up-to-date and readily accessible.

Communication: Professionally communicate with customers, staff, vendors, and marketing teams in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate and timely information as required.

Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with vendors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs for models, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.

Administrative Tasks: Complete maintenance sheets and other administrative duties as required, providing regular updates to the VP of Sales and immediate supervisor.

Visitor Engagement: Engage visitors with scripted answers to common questions and provide marketing materials to encourage further exploration of the sales center.

Team Support: Assist the sales team in any way possible and act in the best interest of the company, demonstrating flexibility with schedules and tasks as needed.

Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties within the scope and purpose of the role, as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Commitment to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
