Licensed Clinical Social Worker - School Based

Role Description: As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at BlazerWorks, you will play a vital role in providing prehensive social work services, including medical social work, case management, mental health support, and behavioral health services. You will work collaboratively with schools, families, and other professionals to advocate for students' needs and deliver therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services, including medical social work, case management, and mental health support
• Collaborate with schools, families, and professionals to advocate for students' needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to address behavioral and mental health challenges
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement support plans for students

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Experience in social work and medical social work
• Proficiency in case management
• Knowledge of mental health and behavioral health principles
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
