Location: Daytona Beach/Cocoa, FL

We are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager specializing in structural concrete restoration. If you have an engineering degree, a knack for project management, and a passion for delivering top-notch services, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Provide engineering project management services, including inspections and report writing.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Cultivate strong customer relations with contractors and building owners.
Oversee projects involving structural concrete restoration, high rise/coastal buildings, paint/coatings/waterproofing, roofing, and window/door installations.
Embrace a 60/40 split between field and office work, showcasing physical capabilities and comfortability with heights (scaffolding, swing staging, lifts, ladders).
Requirements:

Engineering degree preferred.
Specific experience as a Florida professional engineer, EI, or in structural concrete restoration is advantageous.
Familiarity with high rise/coastal buildings, paint/coatings/waterproofing, roofing, and window/door installations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record in project management.
