Behavioral Specialist Counselor

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction. 

We are currently seeking a full-time Behavioral Specialist Counselor to join our team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Henning, Tennessee.

The Behavioral Specialist Counselor provides mental health services and behavioral analysis to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care, including: intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

•    Master's degree in psychology or related field from an accredited educational institution required
•    Certified Psychological Assistant meeting all Behavioral Analyst Certification requirements preferred
•    Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
•    Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
