We are currently hiring for the position of Staff Pharmacist Nights at a reputable Long Term Care Pharmacy located nearCabin Creek, WV. If you're passionate about providing quality care to patients in need, we want to hear from you!

Overview: In this role, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that serves over 40 nursing homes across West Virginia. The pharmacy primarily focuses on post-acute care and specializes in blister packing, IVs, and controlled substances. As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll work one night a week with the flexibility to choose your preferred day, along with ongoing night PRN coverage to support the pharmacy during peak times, including PTO, sick days, and call outs.

Job Duties: Your responsibilities will include verifying prescriptions and products, checking automation systems, and ensuring the accuracy of medications. With a high-volume workload, you'll utilize the Framework, LTC, and ECM programs, along with Noritsu automation technology to efficiently manage prescription orders. Additionally, you'll collaborate with pharmacy technicians to verify IV sterile compounds and respond to emergency prescription requests.
