Job Description
Robert Half has partnered with a growing company to recruit a stellar Bookkeeper for immediate hire. If you're proficient with A/P, A/R, Payroll, and General Ledger accounting, then this Bookkeeper role may be a great fit for you. Located in the Bellevue, Washington area, this Bookkeeper position is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity that you do not want to miss.
Major responsibilities
- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Responsible for payroll for 25+ employees
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries
- Look after archived records by categorizing documents
- Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Preside over and review general ledger
- Prior experience using accounting software- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Command of payroll for under 100 employees
- Deep understanding of Sage Intacct
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred
- Paycom experience
