Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
• Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize effective teaching strategies and accommodations to support students with various disabilities.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress reports and documentation for IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
• State Special Education Teacher certification.
• Previous experience working with students with diverse learning needs is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
