LOCATION: View Ridge neighborhood in NE Seattle, WA.
DAYS/HOURS: Monthly cleaning- last Friday of each month.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1600 square foot mid-century home with 2.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Cleaning includes dusting wood surfaces (paneling, baseboards), vacuuming, mopping hardwood floors, deep cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen, and general tidying of spaces. Rotating list of items like interior windows (all very low hanging), wiping down cabinets, and sweeping outdoor patio. All cleaning supplies provided.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: 5-10 years of professional cleaning experience. Someone who is reliable, efficient, proactive, and pays attention to the small details.
