Schedule: 2:30pm - 11:00pm, Mon - Fri
Pay rate: $20 - 25/hr. (Based on experience)

Machine Maintenance Technician essential tasks:

• Basic power wiring principles
• Factory wiring, conduit, 3 phase
• Basic motor controls, contactor/overloads
• Advanced motor controls, Servo/VFD drives
• Electrical diagram reading
• Relay circuit troubleshooting/wiring
• PLC wiring
• Machine PLC troubleshooting
• Basic PLC programming (I/O re-assignment)
• Robots/Troubleshooting
• Resistance Welding Control
• Basic computer skills (Windows operating system, file control, etc.)
• Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Troubleshooting

Ideal candidate must possess and can satisfactorily demonstrate in depth electrical, mechanical, and fluid power, blueprint reading and comprehension skills. Must be able to install advanced electric wiring and be able to understand PLC ladder and I/O diagrams. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of industrial experience and/or in a manufacturing environment, electrical background preferred.
