Production Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to join this passionate team in Huntersville, NC. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production processes, ensuring that operations run smoothly, monitoring the quality of work produced, and guiding the production team. Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

2nd Shift Hours: 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday-Friday

We ask that candidates who apply be flexible regarding training hours.

Essential Functions:

• Lead a team of operators
• Support the operation of the impregnation/resin machine.
• Operate any position of the resin machine, providing the dry material corresponding to the schedule, and help the operators load the new rolls of foils in the unwinders, etc.
• Work with the team to improve efficiencies by teaching and executing foresight and planning.
• Analyze documentation and complete required reports, either handwritten or on a computer.
• Assist/lead PM activities on production machines.

Qualifications: Mechanical, electrical, or similar qualification and training records, verifiable leadership experience of at least 5 to 10 years (preferably in a manufacturing environment), knowledge of M365, and ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
