Description & Requirements
Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Technology Integration Consultant for its Case Management Facility team and is responsible for managing the intake process through the document distribution system and coordinating technical requirements to ensure stability and operational efficiency of all Case Management Facility repositories and databases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily work intake, workflow, and processes supporting paralegals and project assistant teams (20%)
- Develop and maintain institutional knowledge of Case Management Facility programs and operating systems (15%).
- (15%).
- Facilitate technical and process management integration strategies across Case Management Facility and Medical and Scientific Solutions Teams (15%).
- Facilitate troubleshooting and/or technical remediation strategies to ensure operational stability for case management repositories and/or systems (15%).
- Support on-going testing of system(s) to ensure consistency and integrity of search results and reporting capabilities (5%).
- Train teams on technical and/or process changes that need to occur based on upgrades, enhancements, etc. (10%).
- Work with Paralegal Manager to conduct periodic global edits and purges for each client and/or database system to ensure appropriate data governance (5%).
REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
* Ability to communicate with and understand the needs of internal clients.
Bachelor's degree preferred and at least five years related experience required.
This position requires <5% travel.
