A facility in Cooperstown, NY is
looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for
the Inpatient Pediatrics floor. Basic
Life Support (BLS), Pediatric
Advanced Life Support (PALS), and NY
RN license required. Our unit is unique
in that the RN also needs to be
experienced in caring for adult med
surg patients, pediatric patients and
stable mother / baby postpartum
patients (often we provide the
postpartum mother/baby training when
the traveler arrives). Travelers cannot
be resident of Otsego county. Some
floating between Bassett Healthcare
Network facilities possible. NO BLOCK
SCHEDULING AVAILABLE. EPIC charting
2 years of nursing experience, 1 year
of Peds experience required and travel
experience preferred.
Will consider a highly qualified first
time traveler.
Basic Life Support required, Pediatric
Advanced Life Support preferred.
Must be able to care for pediatric and
adult patients.
Charge may be required.
Mother/Baby care provided on unit.
Travelers cannot be resident of Otsego
county.
Some floating between Bassett
Healthcare Network facilities possible.
