Automotive BMW Product Specialist

Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team! As a full-time BMW Product Genius, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required -- we'll provide the training!

We're seeking candidates with a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand, as well as a high affinity for technology and who enjoy going the extra mile for our clients. In this new role, you'll have the opportunity to meet fascinating people from a variety of backgrounds and to inspire people about things you are an enthusiast of. Additionally, you will receive on-going training to develop your personality and improve your knowledge about new products and features continuously.

Responsibilities will include:

• Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features
• Conducting the needs analysis together with the client
• Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation
• Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function)
