Job Summary
Looking to build and implement a world class IT cybersecurity program focused on developing and managing the platforms and systems infrastructure required for a modern business? If you bring the proven expertise, then we want to meet with you.

The IT Cybersecurity Manager, Government Operations will jump into a ground floor opportunity that spearheads the development and launch of an innovative compliance program tailored to government contracting standards, specifically focusing on Cyber and IT security realms. With a strategic oversight role, this position ensures seamless alignment with governmental regulations while pioneering cutting-edge security protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Protecting information and information systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction in order to provide integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
  • Person will ensure compliance to NISPOM, 32 CFR 117
  • Have a working knowledge of the NIST SP 800 requirements
  • Use Risk Management (RMF) knowledge to develop a compliance program as stipulated by DAAPM.
  • Monitor company's eMass authorized to operate computer system
  • Develop and conduct an audit program related to IT security compliance and concerns.
  • Keep company CMMC scores updated and current in the PIEE / SPRS database
  • Run POA&M projects, related to security improvements.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and submit reports.
  • Implement change management processes when necessary.
  • Maintain entity registrations for company on government portals, i.e. NISS, DISS, NCAISS,SWFT, etc.
  • Assist the FSO during facility security reviews.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • ISSO/ISSM or relevant cybersecurity experience
  • High level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills and adapt seamlessly to an ever-changing security environment.
  • Customer focused, excellent communicator and ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Able to interface with other team members, other security disciplines (industrial security, physical security, special programs security, etc.), program personnel and government security representatives.
  • Provide oversight for all classified systems compliance and ensure the execution of our strong self-inspection program.
  • Ensure all security certification and accreditation documents in relation to all classified systems are up to date.
  • Ensure continuous monitoring (e.g. weekly, monthly, etc.) in accordance with cognizant security authority requirements are being implemented and met.
  • Coordinate security-related activities with information security architects, senior information security officers, information system owners, common control providers, and information system security officers
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Fully site based, with up to 10% for Conferences, Trainings, Quarterly Summit Meetings

Key Competencies
  • B.S. Degree in IT Cyber Security or equivalent experience??
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Currently hold or can gain within 3 months of hire, an Interim Secret Clearance (interim eligibility)
