Butter Batcher 1st Shift

Express Employment Professionals of La Crosse is currently seeking Production and Intake Associates to join a local cooperative specializing in the production of organic dairy products. We are looking for individuals with a background in food production or manufacturing who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to advance their career!

 

Schedule & Wages:

Shift: 1st Shift, 6am-6pm, $18.00/hour for weekdays and weekends are $19.00/hour

Rotating schedule - 5 days on, 5 days off, followed by 2 days on, 2 days off.

 

Responsibilities:

• Gather correct materials for the production line, including parchment paper and boxes.
• Feed product through machines at a consistent pace.
• Ensure machines are operating correctly.
• Maintain a quick pace while upholding quality standards.
• Inspect wrapped product for packaging or labeling issues.
• Palletize product into boxes.
• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail for documentation purposes.
• Ability to maneuver up to 50lbs and repetitively move 35-40lbs.
• Timeliness and a team-oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation required.
