Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00PM-7:30AM with Overtime Opportunities
Pay Rate: $16 an hour

Utility Worker Job Summary:
As a Utility Worker at a warehouse facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery. As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for operating various types of equipment, conducting routine inspections, performing maintenance tasks, and assisting in warehouse operations as needed. Your attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities of Utility Workers:
- Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor systems, and other machinery according to safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any potential issues or safety hazards. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as receiving, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse. Use equipment to move and transport materials as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment and performing tasks in the warehouse. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Communicate effectively to coordinate activities and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and inventory movements.
Qualifications of Utility Workers:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
