Our client in Franklin, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate will have professionalism, reliability and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience
  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
  • Monitor progress of delivery routes

What’s Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
  • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
