Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our team in the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering industry. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operations, implement process improvements, and optimize resource utilization.

As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and managing inventory levels.

In this role, you will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with various departments to achieve our production goals and meet customer requirements. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from planning to production, to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and procurement, to ensure effective communication and alignment of production goals.
  • Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Manage and develop a team of production employees, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and improve equipment and machinery, coordinating with maintenance staff to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within the mechanical or industrial engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling techniques.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
  • Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems to track production metrics and manage inventory levels.
