  • Hourly Pay: $19.00 to $24.00/hour based on experience
  • Health Insurance: choose from two employer-sponsored plans after 60 days of employment
  • 401k: company-matched contributions of up to 5% after one year of service

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  • Driving force behind customer contents movement and storage.
  • Process Customer Contents, evaluate/assist Inventory, and Documentation
  • Clean customer's homes and/or commercial properties after property damage.
  • Work with Contents Supervisor on job scheduling and coordination.
  • Conduct pack-outs/pack-in, inventory/evaluation of items, classify contents by cleaning type, cleaning of home and contents.
  • Cleaning Contents by cleaning type.
  • Focus and respect for the belongings of customer throughout the pack-out and pack-in process.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Deliver thorough, proactive & direct communication with internal staff, customers, quality assurance and insurance adjusters if requested.
  • Work with Contents Supervisor and team members on-site to assist in issue resolution among customers and insurance personnel.
  • Prioritize individual Quality Control and Safety Procedures on each job site.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  • Self-managing and excellent time management skills.
