Job Description

Bankston Motor Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced, F&I Manager who can jump right into our team of professionals. We are interested in candidates who have a proven track record of achieving success in sales and customer satisfaction in a dealership Finance Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present financial products, both insurance and investment protection menus
• Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
• Monitor and oversee timely processing including funding of contracts
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
• Meet and exceed monthly objectives
• Ability to work Saturdays

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience at an auto or RV dealership as a Finance/Business Manager preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Computer Proficient
• Excellent selling skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Closed on Sundays
• Potential Six figure income
