Field Services Representative

You will be involved in operational planning, human performance enhancement, and stakeholder coordination, significantly contributing to our military contracts. Work alongside a team of top-tier human performance practitioners and applied scientists, driving planning and coordination efforts that directly impact the success of our clients and our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site expert for all wearable devices, managing their use, upkeep, and troubleshooting.
• Liaise with military units to ensure seamless integration of our program with their training schedules.
• Assist in fielding new equipment, developing implementation timelines.
• Design systems for efficient roster management, account audits, and device maintenance.
• Ensure accurate tracking and assignment of human performance devices for events.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Prior military leadership experience.
• Comfort in working with military and research stakeholders.
• Excellent customer support skills throughout project implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on thorough documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Suite.
• Government/Military clearance (preferred).
