ORDERING SUPERVISOR

SupplyLink is a business-to-business inventory management company.
Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, on-site Ordering Supervisor.
You will manage on-hand inventory and order product so that the facilities run smoothly.
You will manage sales and purchase orders for all vendors while negotiating, verifying, and maintaining documents of invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.

What you will do:

• Complete training certifications for your position
• Always follow Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards
• Monitor sales forecasting
• Create monthly purchase orders for all vendors
• Check all invoices against the received product and confirm invoices are ready to be paid
• Manage vendor COA/Spec Sheets, lot numbers, and ship dates
• Negotiate contracts and purchase all needed components for production and manufacturing
• Maintain accurate documentation practices
• Maintain communication with suppliers, team members, and managers
• Assist the Ordering Manager as needed

• 1+ years of experience in the purchasing field

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
