- Possession of 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience
- Effective Verbal Skill
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Self motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as effectively within a team
- Possession of a valid NY driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 100 lbs safely
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
- Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, some Saturdays
