Summary: Oversee the operations of Tresco’s Early Intervention Services and Home Visiting Service in accordance with the policies and practices of Tresco, laws, regulations and administrative rulings of New Mexico Family, Infant and Toddler and other regulatory, Early childhood education and care and advisory authorities and organizations in Sierra County

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Oversee implementation of Individual Family Service Plans.
  2. Assure formal staff development activities including job specific orientation and ongoing staff development for all Early Intervention and Home Visiting staff is completed timely.
  3. Provide oversight for training and supervision of experiential learning to NMSU students or other higher educational systems in areas of academics related to all children services.
  4. Assure accurate documentation for all billable services in order to maintain revenue and budget flow.
  5. Network with businesses, organizations, and agencies to promote TOTS Early Intervention and Day One Home Visiting services.
  6. Coordinate marketing and public relations for TOTS and Day One Home Visiting program.
  7. Plan and manage agency resources according to established budget guidelines.
  8. Coordinate audit process for TOTS to include working knowledge of standards or audit requirements, supervising agency self-audit, preparing for audit visits, and developing and implementing corrective action plans according to recommendations.
  9. Research trends and best practices in the field to provide innovation and leadership in service delivery.
  10. Design and implement quality improvement activities that address identified problems and or service delivery changes.

  6. Complies with all organizational policies and procedures, to include all ethical business practices.
  7. Communicates the mission, ethics, and goals of the company.
  8. Maintains current licensure/certification for position, if applicable.
  9. Consistently follows departmental and company Health, Safety, Security, Hazardous Materials policies and procedures (OSHA, SDS information, HIPAA, and Workers Compensation),
C. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  1. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
