Our client, Rainbow International of State College (PA) is looking for a Full Time Field Supervisor to join their team.

Our Field Supervisor will:

• Manage the day-to-day field operations for the team.
• Train and mentor Technicians, providing direct / daily Supervision.
• Assist with managing work schedules for all field staff, serving as the liaison between team members in the field and office.
• Serve as key point of contact for customers and insurance professionals.

• Holds a valid Driver's License.
• Has excellent communication skills.
• Must be physically fit with the ability to regularly lift at least 15 pounds.
• Has basic computer skills and a working knowledge of smart phones and / or tablet devices.
• Can adjust to changing tasks and priorities as emergencies arise.
• IICRC certification in WRT and ASD is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Xactimate estimating software is a plus.
