Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist/Barber to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a Hair Stylist/Barber, you will provide hair cuts using basic and advanced techniques. Youll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each individual clients needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our Barber shop feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provided.

Our Pay scale is a true Hybrid pay scale offering a higher than average hourly rate plus any applicable commissions earned behind the chair.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customers face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles.
• Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and shaves
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual

Qualifications

• Licensed Cos or Barber
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser,Barber or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hair cutting techniques and best practices
