  1. What options does BCC offer in terms of internship length? This varies by program and internship type. Most BCC internships span one or two semesters.

  2. What does onboarding and training look like for interns at BCC? All BCC interns complete a general BCC onboarding process, and then program-specific trainings are assigned based on their internship assignment. Masters-level clinical interns are trained on clinical assessments and therapeutic interventions that are used in their assigned programs.

  3. How will BCC meet my academic program’s internship requirements? Through the intern candidate screening process, BCC will ask for the internship requirements to ensure that those requirements can be met before the intern is accepted. Once accepted, the intern will be paired with a BCC internship supervisor who will guide them through their internship experience at BCC.

  5. Can BCC employees complete internships for the programs in which they work? This varies by program and is determined collaboratively between the employee’s supervisor and their internship supervisor.

  6. Can I become a BCC employee after my internship? Yes, we encourage interns to apply for open positions and have many BCC talent who were previously BCC interns!
