Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Restoration Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, a passion for restoration work, and a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of carpentry tasks related to restoration projects, including framing, drywall installation, finish carpentry, etc.
• Assess and repair structural damage caused by disasters such as fire or water damage.
• Work with various materials, tools, and equipment to complete restoration projects efficiently and to industry standards.
• Follow blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate and precise carpentry work.
• Remove and replace damaged building materials, including walls, ceilings, flooring, and trim.
• Assist in the restoration of historical or architecturally significant properties when required.
• Collaborate with project managers, restoration teams, and subcontractors to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Uphold safety standards and practices on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in trim install, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and painting.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
• Superior oral communication skills.
