Custodian Division Manager

Our confidential client, in the facility management industry, is currently seeking an experienced Custodian Division Manager to oversee the daily operations of the janitorial and maintenance divisions.

This role provides leadership and assistance to all team members to ensure the clients needs are met. This is a full-time, permanent exempt position requiring flexibility in scheduling to ensure positive communication with all employees across each shift, to visit each facility weekly, to ensure all contractual obligations are being met, and to communicate daily with supervisors to ensure a working knowledge of all projects occurring at each facility.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

• Review and approve employees' daily timecards; monitor and reduce overtime when applicable
• Recruit and train employees to keep positions fully staffed
• Establish goals and conduct performance evaluations
• Organize and plan any additional assignments or contracts
• Ensure all supplies and equipment are stocked and in proper working order
• Meet all budgetary requirements, ensuring contracts operate profitably
• Handle all complaints and issue any corrective action needed
• Meet with clients regularly to implement any mitigative action prior issues being escalated
• Workplace Safety
• Work hands on with Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all OSHA and facility regulations

Requirements:
