Residential Services Supervisor (Spanish Bi-lingual)

SUMMARY: Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting the Residential Services team in the leadership of Synergy Global Housing’s Residential Services Center. The supervisor is responsible for implementing warehouse and field logistics processes, inventory management, supervisory and transport operations of the warehouse.

This role will measure, analyze, and improve the warehouse and field activities and will help develop and deploy improvement plans to ensure success of the team, implement best practices, and achieve business objectives in safety, quality, service delivery, and cost containment while meeting all service obligations.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:

• Participate in the daily operation of the warehouse to include overseeing the organization of equipment, loading and unloading of trucks, check-in and check-out of equipment and supplies, and processing of returning equipment and supplies. Opens and or closes the facilities.
• Assists with scheduling Apartment Specialists and Housekeepers to ensure that all stops are completed within time and quality guidelines.
• Work closely with Management to assist in determining necessary areas of focus and root causes of problems, and establish processes to address and improve service delivery. Mentor Residential Services team members, field inspections, and team training.
• Help to oversee the company’s fleet of vehicles ensuring that all are in safe operating order and meet all company and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with management to oversee proper inventory levels at the warehouse through annual physical inventories and monthly cycle counts. Assist with the ordering of new product and inventory loss prevention (shrinkage); responsible for the safe storage of all inventories.
• Adhere to company’s safety program ensuring safety practices for employees meet all company and regulatory requirements. Lead by example.
• Works closely with Management and Scheduling coordinator to ensure efficient utilization of labor for warehouse functions.
• Ensure the warehouse is a clean and professional environment, and equipment & building maintenance issues are reported to management and dealt with in a timely manner.
• Is responsible for supporting the Residential Services Manager with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Residential Services. Under direct supervision, carries out basic supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and helping with the swift resolution of problems.

• Valid driver’s license, in good standing, and proof of auto insurance is required.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a must.
• Some evening and weekend work may be required.
