We are Clean Creations and were looking for a passionate Cold Kitchen Manager that would love to be a part of creating thousands of delicious healthy meals to the people of New Orleans. Though our city is known for its shrimp po boys and gumbo, theres a growing demand for delicious healthy food that rivals the classic New Orleans fare and thats where you come in.

Devotion to creating food that nourishes and fuels. We want our team to not only be a part of our mission, but truly believe in it. Which is why we hire people who are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. People who are passionate about using fresh, high quality ingredients and who are excited to create new and innovate meals that never sacrifice nutrition or taste. We are looking for detailed oriented Cold Kitchen Manager that would have the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of plating procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including plating, labeling, managing recipe updates and build to's, cold kitchen maintenance and repair, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Above all else we are looking for people who are dedicated to changing peoples lives with healthy food!
Qualifications
- You have a strong passion for culinary excellence, and you are exceptionally detailed.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of food safety with a focus on quality, sanitation and presentation.
- You are caring, self-motivated and exhibit an aptitude for driving excellence.
- ServSafe certified highly desirable
Physical Demands
-endure cold working conditions (38 degrees for the entire day)
-stand for prolonged periods of time
-practice repetitive hand/arm movements
-lift 20+ pounds
