Senior Technical Associate

The Senior Technical Associate will play a critical role in the production and assembly of batteries, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and validate prototype energy storage cells.
• Assist engineers in data acquisition for process design, including managing complex process flows.
• Ensure lab organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the battery industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Competence in conducting experiments within a glovebox.
• Demonstrated capacity to execute experiments meticulously.
• Proficient in self-management to successfully tackle complex tasks.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards with the ability to adhere to them.
• Proficiency in interpreting Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with working in Dry rooms is a plus.
• Experience in handling Hazardous materials.

Work Schedule:

This position requires you to work on a shift basis, from 5am to 1:30pm including a 30 minute break, from Tuesday to Satruday or Sunday to Thursday.
