Public Safety and Compliance Officer

Applicants must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

The Safety and Compliance Officer will:

• Monitor all grounds and facilities of Pocono Farms Country Club for any unsafe, suspicious or criminal activity.
• Offer protection and peace of mind to our members, guests and employees.
• Work closely with members of the Management Team to maintain a safe environment for all entering our grounds.
• Serve as a liaison with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear ability to positively interact with Members, guests and co-workers.
• Prior experience in a Security / Safety Officer role is preferred.
